Be still and know.

A script is a walk through scenes you wrote and recorded. Before it plays, a spoken countdown. Underneath, the playlist you already had on.

Write

A script is an ordered list of scenes. Each one is a locus: a name, the visualization you pasted, optional pictures, a timeframe, a perspective, a sense it leans on.

Record

Your voice, not a stranger’s. New clips are leveled automatically. You can normalize everything you already have in one pass.

Sit

Optional vigil: the app counts down out loud over a breathing candle. Silva’s 100-to-1 schedule is built in, ten days at a time, down to a 5.

Walk

Scenes play in order, or shuffled for the session. Gaps between them, loops until you stop. When the vigil ran, a 1-to-5 count-up brings you back.

Under the music

Your playlist keeps playing. The script mixes over it.

The app is a secondary audio source. It does not pause Apple Music, Spotify, a lecture, or silence. Pick a Music-library playlist for the countdown bed — no subscription required — and the spoken count and the scenes sit on top.

Sequential or random

Default order lives in Settings. Before each play you can still shuffle scenes — and, for a multi-script run, the scripts themselves.

Gaps and repeats

A silent pause between scenes, and an option to play each scene several times before moving on. Loop count is how many times the whole script returns.

Boost

A gain slider lifts the recording above the bed so you can hear your voice without killing the music.

Goals in line

Only the head of a queue plays until that goal is realized.

Put related scenes in a queue. The rest wait. Mark the head realized and the next one steps up. A queue can also play every pending goal in order, if you want the whole chain tonight.

Perspective

Each scene is dissociated (third person) or associated (first person). A multi-script session can filter to one voice so the night stays in one register.

Modality

Tag the sense the narration leans on: visual, auditory, kinesthetic, olfactory, gustatory. It is a label for you, not a filter the player invents.

Timeframe

Short, medium, or long term — when the visualized goal is supposed to land. Unset stays unset; the app does not guess.

Practice

Each sit-down lands on the Practice tab.

A session is a play from start to finish, or to an early stop. You can leave a note, rate how still it felt, and see the sit-downs on a chart. Pause mid-run and resume later; the paused script is waiting on the Scripts list.

Where it runs

iPhone and Mac.

Same scripts, same CloudKit store. The countdown, the player, and Settings live on both. Picking a Music-library playlist is iPhone-only. Not on the App Store yet.
