MindHeist is a personal iOS and macOS app. It is not on the App Store yet.
What it is
Plant a short idea or a lofty question, record it in your own voice, and repeat it under whatever is already playing. Listen counts, history, tags, and stats live in the app. Rise & Shine, the music bed, and the sleep timer are iPhone-only.
Requirements
- iOS 17 or later, or macOS 14 or later
- iCloud if you want scripts and audio on more than one device
Common stuck points
No sound, or scripts pause other music. MindHeist is supposed to mix with whatever is already playing. If another app has taken the audio session, stop and play again from MindHeist.
Rise & Shine has no playlists. Grant Media & Apple Music access in iOS Settings, then reopen the screen.
Recordings missing after a reinstall. They live in Core Data / CloudKit, not as loose files. Give iCloud a minute to download, then check the Scripts list.
