FitWrench is an app I've been working on to support my nutrition and workouts. It's hilarious how much work I've put into this app. It looks so simple on the surface but the complexity is in the details. I'm excited about where I can take this app. Will it become a commercial success, dunno. Will it be a useful app for me personally...I'm going to keep going until it is!

I'm tracking a lot of workout data across many exercises. The idea is to track and graph relevant info on the phone rather than have to handle that step manually with spreadsheet. And eventually bring 'AI' into the mix to optimize and tune things like when to progress up and down movement complexity. Reminders to train movement XYZ. Why do I do this? I guess it's in an attempt to fix myself and develop gymnastic, yoga type abililies. People say 'You're not broken', I'm not so sure. There's also a jiujitsu app in all this data that I intend to factor out.
